Overview
Add one line of code to your website and a “Talk to us” button appears. A visitor presses it, allows the microphone, and talks with your AI agent right in the browser, on a phone or a computer. No app, no phone number needed. The agent answers in Bangla or English from the business facts you write in your account (products, prices, hours, delivery, policies). It does not make up prices or offers you did not add. During the call it asks for what you want to know, such as the caller's name, phone number and what they need. After every call you see the full transcript and the caller's details in your account, and we can send them to your own system (n8n, Google Sheets, CRM) by webhook. The button only works on the websites you list, so nobody else can use your minutes. Honest limits: the voice is a natural computer voice, not a human; the agent replies a few seconds (usually 2-5) after the caller stops talking; calls are from a website, not phone lines (phone numbers come later). The service runs on our server in a Mumbai data centre, managed by our team in Dhaka.

8 questionsHow does a visitor call?
They press the “Talk to us” button on your website and allow the microphone. The call runs in the browser on phones and computers; no app or phone number is needed.
What does the agent know?
Only the facts you write in your account: products, prices, hours, delivery, policies, common questions. If a caller asks something you did not add, it says your team will confirm.
How are minutes counted?
Each call is rounded up to the next whole minute, like a phone bill; calls shorter than 5 seconds are free. One call lasts at most the length you set (up to 10 minutes). Unused minutes do not carry over.
How do I get the callers' details?
Every call's transcript and the details the caller gave (such as name and phone number) appear in your account. You can also add a webhook address and we send them to your own system when each call ends.
Does it answer phone calls or WhatsApp calls?
Not yet: it answers calls from your website. Phone numbers need a licensed telephone provider and come later.
Does it sound like a real person?
It uses a natural Bangla or English computer voice. It replies a few seconds (usually 2-5) after the caller stops talking, and the caller can interrupt it.

How do I pay?
